It will take us approximately 2-4 weeks to hand-finish customised platinum wedding rings. You'll be notified once they're ready for dispatch and we'll arrange free delivery to your door.
Absolutely. Your platinum and diamond wedding ring will come with a certificate confirming the authenticity of the diamonds and detailing the specifications such as carat, clarity and cut. This certification is conducted by impartial, expert gemmologists or diamond laboratories. Keep your certificate safe, as this can provide invaluable security in the event of loss or damage.

We offer complimentary resizing up or down 1-2 sizes within 30 days of you receiving your rings. Larger alterations will incur a charge. While plain platinum wedding bands can usually be resized without issues, diamond rings can present challenges because of the intricacy of the designs. In some cases, rings must be remade rather than resized.
