30-Day Returns

If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, you can return your jewellery within 30 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund. Keep in mind that we cannot accept any jewellery that is bespoke, engraved or anything that has been already resized. Any items returned must still be unworn in pristine condition in order for your return to be processed. Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.  

Once your jewellery has passed our quality checks, we will contact you via phone or email and process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that any refunds on a finance application may take longer than 10 working days. 

 

Extended Returns

We know the holiday season can be stressful so we have decided to extend our returns policy. All purchases made from 19.11.2018 to 31st Dec 2018 are eligible for an Extended Holiday Returns till 1st February 2019.

Keep in mind that we cannot accept any jewellery that is bespoke or engraved, anything that has been already resized. Any items returned must still be unworn in pristine condition in order for your return to be processed. Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.

How to Return Your Jewellery

Let us know that you would like to return an order by sending us an email to  service@diamondsfactory.co.uk with your order number.

Please write a small covering note in your package letting us know the reason for your return. This will help us process your return faster. 

If you are sending your ring back to us for a one-time complimentary resizing, please write clearly what size you would like us to adjust your ring too. 

For security purposes, please use the original packaging to send your jewellery back to us or a similarly sized package.  Every item has to be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured to our address:

Simply book a drop off appointment by visiting our booking page here (please note that Sundays are excluded). You’ll be notified when your jewellery is ready and you’ll need to book a collection slot with us. Please note that any drop offs and collection will require proof of ID for security purposes.
